Previous feedback on this course:
“In a very short period of time Njeri has guided us through understanding concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), recognising and acknowledging implicit bias, understanding power dynamics in the way that we work, and tips and tricks to become an ally. She did this through different methods using videos, case studies, group work and interactive discussions. At all times Njeri was a wealth of knowledge and she created a safe online space for our team to have these sometimes difficult conversations in.”
“Njeri was excellent. Patient, clear, many examples with concrete ideas and cases.”
