Maya Mitre

Systems

Maya Mitre is a Mexican intersectional feminist with experience in project and program management, consulting, and administration. She has worked on capacity building for civil society organizations in Mexico, particularly those led by women. Currently, she leads the Systems and Operations area at Fabulous Feminists, where she has developed strategic tools to systematize data, optimize processes, manage contacts, and strengthen communication and impact within a global community of gender specialists.

Martina Hartwig

Support and Membership

Martina Hartwig is a Chilean sociologist and writer with experience in project management in male-dominated industries, working to enhance women's workforce participation. She has developed gender inclusion programs in the forestry sector and engineering innovation teams, tackling barriers for young girls and fostering community-building among women in STEM. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in Political Science, researching the dismantling of gender policies in Latin America and postcolonial relations with Europe.
