- Once Rosie & Tony are back in the room and have mingled a little, around 15.20, lead the guests round to the back of the Town Hall.
- Manu supports Colin in gathering people, first informally on the front steps, then on the back steps for the formal photos.
- Jan & Rudy coordinate the confetti-throwing concept that Jan has in mind. The bridesmaids hand out the confetti.

- Make regular stops to regroup.
- Aim for around 30 minutes. The party cannot arrive at Orford House before 16.30.

- On arrival, send everyone straight through to the garden for drinks. The main room will still be in set-up.
- Leo, Rudy & Manu Jr. make sure all under-18s know where the snack box is and that they can eat crisps at any time.
- At 17.10, Manu Snr. announces that people should move inside for the meal. The ushers make sure everyone moves through and finds their seat.
- Matt gives his speech after the pie course, following Lucy, Eric & Sarah.
- From then on, just have fun. No responsibilities.
