Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, you will

• Understand how to train in a feminist way (feminist pedagogical principles) 
• Be aware of different types of gender training and when they should be used (typology of gender training)
• Understand the importance of integrating feminist principles at all stages (training cycle)  
• Reflect on the field of gender training and consider how you would like to move forward 

How will I learn?

This self-paced course will take about an hour to complete. You will be guided through the different sections. Your learning will be supported through interactive activities, reflections and a final quiz to test your learning.

Anyone who would like to learn more about the fundamental principles and approaches of training for transformative change, with a view to incorporating training into your work at a future date. 

What will I get out of this?

Following the course, you will have a solid grounding of the basis of gender training. You will be ready to think about how you will approach gender training in practice. 

The course will be delivered via the Fabulous Feminists learning platform, where you will have access to all course resources and materials. Upon successfully completing the course, you will be issued with a Level 1 certificate from Fabulous Feminists.
